• Align partners’ competencies and industry network and experience with products and services through in-depth analysis, market needs alignment, competitive landscape and customer feedback.
• Ensure the partners adhere the company policy, compliance and business practices at all levels.
• Keep the partners’ business vibrant and healthy through the business review cadence, constant evaluation, build new streams and manage the transitions, nurture of contributing partners and terminate of non-performing ones.
