Michael is an extraordinary person and truly data-driven product manager with strong entrepreneurial mindset and always act with humility and empathy for everything that he does to co-worker, team member, customer, and stakeholder. Me and Michael has worked together in Traveloka Customer Care department, he came to the team on crucial time (when the pandemic hits) with right skills & attitude despite almost zero context/experience in the CX world.
