Throughout my career, I've had the privilege to learn from many great people such as leaders and teammates in the workplace. What makes it even better and exciting is the opportunity to share the knowledge with other people and see them apply the knowledge to overcome their challenges.

This sort of opportunity first came when I started my technical position back in 2014 with the main responsibility of designing a solution in the area of server, storage, network, virtualization & data protection. The goal was to understand customer's business and technical requirements and translate that into a final solution that matches customer's needs.

Then another opportunity came up when I joined a data protection company that aims to bridge the availability gap in 2017. Several countries including Indonesia that were considered as emerging markets had to be nurtured until they were ready enough to be handled in-country. Ever since 2018 my focus has been placed on Indonesian market as the market started to expand significantly. The goal is to raise the awareness among Indonesian businesses on the importance of establishing a well-designed data protection plan according to their own unique needs, requirements, and expectation.

I've also been fortunate enough to be part of a wonderful team that promotes sharing ideas and working together. The synergy pays off as the in-country achievement has quadrupled in the course of four years.
