    • • As Chief Executive Officer, my core responsibility is giving strategic direction to Local Committee of AIESEC in PU for every subordinate that I led to achieve organizational goals and become the representative of AIESEC in PU on the National and Global level.
        
        One year experiencing a vital role, I learned the most about to be strategical thinking, purpose-driven, and team management. In order to achieve the organizational goals of AIESEC in PU, I learn to take decisions by considering internal and external perspective carefully to minimize any conflict happened. With this experience, I am able to give strategic direction in various circumstances.
        
        Throughout 2020, my team successfully engaged more than 6000+ youths across Indonesia, enhancement in partnership activities, high on member retention rate, and financial sustainability well managed. Besides, we were recognized and honored as Enjoying Participation Award in Asia Pacific 2020.
        
        My first thank and gratitude goes to my fellow Executive Board who has always been striving and attempt to create sustainable & impactful development for all members. It's such a great experience to spend with all outstanding talent in the right environment.
