Adaro Energy is a fully integrated coal mining and energy company from exploration through to power. It is Indonesia’s second largest thermal coal producer, operates the largest single coal mine in Indonesia and is a significant supplier to the global seaborne thermal coal market. As Organization Development Specialist, my responsibility is improving company operations by implementing programs that align human resources with business strategies. Some projects related to organization development that I have implemented in Adaro Indonesia include: 1. Advised line managers in updating organization structure in accordance with business development 2. Conducted job analysis and job evaluation as basic references in determining remuneration package and career path within company 3. Executed workload analysis to determine the optimal manpower required for organizational effectiveness 4. Organized the implementation of performance appraisal to manage employee and organization performance 5. Conducted potential mapping to identify potential employee based on employee competencies and performance 6. Organized the implementation of succession planning for key positions based on organization’s needs to support organizational stability and sustainability 7. Developed Adaro Management System Awareness training modules to ensure the alignment of personal job goals with business strategies

I had the pleasure of working with Angga for 1 year at GudangAda, we were collaborating on several projects related to performance review management and organizational developments. While Dwi's title was OD-PD Supervisor, the title does not accurately describe her actual contributions to the department. She was the glue that held all of the activities of the department together. She stayed on top of all projects and coordinated the steps in planning, implementation, and follow-up. Dwi was the official face of the department to stakeholder. She performed all initial needs of OD assessments and followed up each step of the process to meet the needs and goal of the project She assisted her superior with every aspect of his work from developing materials, Power Point presentations, and visual aids to making sure that the goal of the projects were clearly understood by the stakeholders. Dwi was an effective contributor to her department's success. She enthusiastically took over additional responsibilities as they became available and handled each new role and tasks with professionalism. Dwi will be sorely missed by department members and the entire personnel we serve. I have to doubt at all to recommend her in her next assignment. She is a truly value of talent of HR.
