        My responsibilities are below, but not limited to :
        
        • Supporting segment, business units, Board of Directors, and OCBC Singapore through reporting and analysis by producing various reports and dashboard, such as :
        - Liabilities and Assets tracking reports.
        - Monthly presentation For Board of Directors which consist of financial analysis, program review, and various ad-hoc analysis
        - Sales/Product performance dashboard.
        - Sales pipeline monitoring.
        - Yearly Forecasting and budgeting.
        - etc.
        
        • Collaborate with Leaders from Business Units (Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Business Funding) and Human Capital to set up KPI.
        
        • Monitor KPI monthly, quarterly and yearly of every business units. KPI consists :
        - Financial achievement (P/L, balance growth, revenue, etc).
        - Product growth rate and penetration to market.
        - Campaign and program success rate.
        - Any other variables as necesarry.
        
        My job requires me to be competent using these various tools :
        - SAS EG (SQL) for Data Mining.
        - MS Excel for data visualization and analysis tools.
        - Qlikview for data visualization and business intelligence

He didn't hesitate to help me and share his knowledge/experience with me, as one of the youngest members in the division while we were working together at OCBC NISP bank. I also admire his willingness to consistently learn new skills and do the right things at work. He took several good courses in the midst of his busy life as a full-time worker. I'm very glad that I have an experience together with him.
