Angga was one of my key person during the factory setup of Primary Processing with an investment of 60 mio.USD. Qualification of the processing to be able to produce 3 major Kretek blends/tobacco product of Sampoerna: A-Mild, Dji Sam Soe and Sampoerna Hijau was successfully done ahead with his leading. Then, after the setup, he also showed his strength to manage the shop floor team (internal and external parties) to deliver the production volume as objective. In summary, I would like to underline his personal savvy, learning on the fly and action oriented to bring his tasks successfully delivered.
