I have experience as an HRIS Application Consultant for almost 5 years.

As an HRIS Application Consultant, I am required to understand the business process and flow of the HRIS program so that if the client has a problem I can solve it quickly

At the first company at PT. Mitra Sinergi Intisolusi, I use an application called HRMS and paysys

In the first company, I handled many clients and each client had a different business process and flow according to the needs of each client

The clients I handle are Teguh Karsa Wana Lestari, Meiji Food Indonesia, Bank Jakarta Jasa, Dyno Nobel Indonesia, KAO Indonesia Chemical, Philips Industries Batam, Yanmar Diesel Indonesia, Mitshubishi Jaya Elevator & Escalator, Mesitech Mitra Purnabangun, Sat Nusa Persada, NSP Technology Batam, Sinar Sawit Subur Lestari, Varta Microbattery Indonesia, The Pakubuwono Group, ASL Shipyard Indonesia, Cicor Panatech Indonesia, Epcos Indonesia (TDK), SIIX Indonesia, Reycom Document Solution, Saipem Indonesia

In my second company at PT Mitra Integrasi Informatika, I worked as an HRIS Application Consultant and the software used was called OrangE

Currently I handle clients such as Niaga Nusa Abadi, Enesis Group, Bank BTPN, Allianz Indonesia, Merdeka Copper Gold

Besides working as a support, I also work as an implementor for new clients.

Job Description :

- Support clients if there are problems or errors in the application
- HRIS Application Consultant & Support
- Create functional specification document if the client wants to customize the application
- Create query / view if the client requests a report based on their template
- Create query update / delete for massive data
- Support installation, configuration, backup, restore, of the database if there is a client that will migrate the server from old server to new server.
- Monitor resource usage on the server so that the process can run quickly and smoothly
- Support shrink database so that log data doesn’t consume a lot of storage on the server
- Payroll Data Processing
- Payroll Data Analysis
- Employee tax reconciliation every month
- Support annual tax at the end of year
