I'm a continuous improvement practitioner with a background in the manufacturing industry and have worked with several project teams to implement and manage lean six sigma methodology. I'm having certification in lean six sigma black belt, general occupational safety & health expert, A3 thinking, train the trainer, and public-sector productivity specialist.

As a result, I'm able to develop a lean six sigma capacity building program, coach and guide improvement projects, and deliver process improvement projects using several problem-solving methodologies such as lean, six sigma, A3, 8D, PDCA, and other similar methods. Besides, I am skilled in several data analysis platforms such as Microsoft Excel, Minitab, PowerBI, Tableau, and integrate it with SharePoint and/or Power Platform.

I enjoy generating ideas and devising feasible solutions to broadly relevant problems. My colleagues would describe me as a passionate, driven, resourceful individual who maintains a positive, proactive attitude when faced with adversity.   • • This project focused on improving daily productivity in one of the process lines in Henkel Pasuruan Plant. Using DMAIC methodology, we explored root causes and generate ideas to countermeasure them.
